VENDOR INFORMATION
We couldn't have picked a better time for this event! The final soccer games of the season will be played right next door to the Expo and everyone that goes to those well-attended games will be walking right by the entrance to the Expo!
This page should provide all the information you need if you wish to be a vendor at the Arms Expo.
When: 16, 17 and 18 October, 2015
Times: Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 8am-6pm, Sunday 9am-3pm
Where: 727 Woodland Rd. Bldg "D", Lakeside, AZ
Expected attendance
First off, we obviously cannot guarantee numbers. However, the last major soccer games of the season are being played on the same weekend. The building that the Expo will be held in is right next door to the soccer field. Those folks, LOTS of them, have no choice but to walk right by our event to get to and from the games. It is safe to assume that many will drop in and check us out!
Vendor spaces, whether indoors or out, are all visible from the entrances and attendees will be directed to walk through the vendor areas.
10'x10' spaces are $50 each. Electricity is available for most spaces at an additional $5 for the whole weekend. Payment is required in advance and is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Vendors can pay below.
Vendors may start setting up from 4pm to 7pm Thursday evening and from 7am to 9am Friday morning. Spaces that have not been physically claimed by 9am Friday morning may be sold. If there are any spaces left on opening day, they will be sold on a first come basis. All vendor set-up MUST be completed no later than 9am on Friday, 16 Oct.
Quite a few tables are available but some of them are round. They will be available free on a first come basis. You might want to bring tables.
Sale Items
This is a constitutional arms expo. Vendors are encouraged to bring guns, ammo, shooting and hunting accessories and supplies, archery equipment, military surplus, survival/preparedness supplies and related clothing and paraphernalia. T-shorts and bumperstickers, etc are fine.
We do not want to turn this in to a junk show! Tools, toys and junk will not be allowed.
Training
Inexpensive training classes will be available on a variety of topics including land navigation, long range rifle, long range handgun, field medicine, perma-culture, CCW and much more!
If you have a specific skill that you would like to offer training on that is related to the theme of the show, please contact Cope Reynolds at 928-208-4867. If approved, we will have 1, 2 and 3 hour blocks for training. You can charge whatever you feel is appropriate and 20% of your total will be charged and donated back to the show.
